Newly found perfin D&H/A from Belgium, reported by one of the Belgian PCN members. It concerns a perforation with D&H/A (12 13 11/10)  in stamp no. 48 (Belgian stamp catalog).

Maybe someone would know more about this perfin, for example who the user was.
