The PCN library, which can be used by all the PCN members, has two new catalogs. PCN chairman Rob Slim has
donated his copy of the Handbook Poko’s Netherlands (the new poko catalog) which he received for his
cooperation, to the PCN library. For a description of this, see the section Catalog NL/Manual poko’s NL.

And from PCN member Dick Scheepers I got the catalog of the perfins of Bosnia & Herzegowina over the period
1879-1918, which was released in 2022. He was a member of an international study group of the perfins of
Bosnia and Herzegowina. The result of their study was published in 2022 in the form of a manual or catalogue.

  
This catalog is in English and indicates to the user in which stamps the perfin appears. It also roughly
indicates whether it is an easy or difficult perfin to find, but also the period of use of the perfin and the location of the perforation in the stamp. It’s just a pity that the image of the perfin is not on actual size.
